Re-growth

This tree was savagely trimmed earlier this year, it's grown a little after the butchery, but it will not have a good year next year as a result of the highly ill advised topping. It would server the person who had this done right if it got ill and fell down on them or their house...!

Anyhow it was a magnificent tree and the main trunk is still impressive against the bright blue autumn sky.
