Lazing on a Sunny Afternoon

Although the weather forecast was bad for today, it didn't actually turn out too shabby.

We met Emma for coffee and she told us all about her job interviews lined up for the coming week, very exciting and quite impressive considering she's only just come back from trolling around the world for three or so months. Currently in a temporary contract and second interview lined up along with a new interview (account manager for Jaguar Cars, hopefully she's been watching the later episodes of Mad Men, or maybe not!).

We exited Nero to a hailstone shower, luckily brief, then the weather improved considerably. Lunch in the garden and some relaxing in the sun (with the son).

Had to drag ourselves away eventually as Ann's tax return beckoned - where's Jimmy Carr when you need him?
