Big Brother

Although judging by the eyes perhaps it should be Big Sister.

Today's plenary session didn't finish until nearly 9pm, so after grabbing something to eat it was a quick walk back to the hotel. On the walk back I came across this building which had a lot of moving lights on it. It was only on closer examination that it became clear that it was a pair of eyes opening, closing and winking. Slightly odd.
