Study day at home today with just a walk over the common to break it up. I was a bit concerned about Basil's bowel movements until I realised he's been feasting on seed that the birds (pigeons mostly) have been dropping from the feeders onto the lawn in the garden. Now that the boys are being more careful about the contents of the bins in their bedrooms it's the only means of scavenging he has left!
