A Splash Of Colour

Grocery shopping this morning - oh joy! It was fairly quiet so not to stressful.

Very overcast all day and on our walk this afternoon I didn't even get my camera out.

I popped out into the garden to pick some rosemary to put in our roast lamb tonight (bargain of the day at Aldi - almost giving it away they were)  and some fresh carrots when I noticed some new flowers on the strawberry plants - sure they wont come to anything though. I also spotted a few bright yellow poppy flowers which I thought would brighten the day a bit. I got within a centimetre or so to concentrate on the centre part - and the frame is only cropped at the sides.

Does a bit of a flower count for FlowerFriday??? Hope so
