Gentian

A quick trip to the garden centre with me U&L today to get some winter colour to brighten up the garden. There was a huge amount of choice, but in the end we came home with 4 trays of pansies and a ready planted pot. I did rather like these showy Gentians too - (such a beautiful shade of blue), but I didn't think they would survive if we have a really harsh winter. I didn't takes camera either, so only an iPhone shot I am afraid.
Off on a fungus foray tomorrow so.... Watch this spAce
