A lesson for Sheba

Tonight, I decided to try to teach Sheba how to use the scratchy post.  I explained to her what we use it for so that she could do it too.  I explained that it's ok to scratch it even if it is brand new (although it's not really, as Teefer and I have both had a real go at it) because Swannie paid a lot less for it than she did for her carpets, rugs, and furniture!

I love using a scratchy post, so does Teefer, and Maly most of the time but Sheba, I don't think she'll ever get the idea!  I will keep trying with her though because I'm a perfectly behaved wee cat and it's only right that I should encourage others to be the same.
