'A sweeping arch of bright red poppy heads suspended on towering stalks, by artist Paul Cummins and designer Tom Piper, rises up from Yorkshire Sculpture Park's lower lake, reaching over the park's historic Cascade Bridge.'

Part of the 14-18 NOW programme where the sculptures are brought to wider reaching audiences across the country having been first seen at the Tower of London, marking the lives lost in the First World War.

We stopped on the way home from Yorkshire today to get a hasty blip as we were tight on time but the walk worked off a delicious lunch, having been out with Mum and Dad today.
