Possibly not for the squeamish.......

......this massaging chicken thighs with a spicy turkish marinade on an empty stomach business, but I'm feeding 'the gannets' tonight and needs must......I just hope they're hungry otherwise I'll be eating it all week.....which, come to think of it, wouldn't be such a hardship;-)
