No apologies for featuring another crocus.  It is approaching peak flowering time for the autumn species and the sun makes them shine!

Crocus goulimyi var leucanthus a plant I raised from seed sown fifteen years ago and it is still growing strong.  

Yesterdays child, Crocus cambessedesii as an extra - the flower fully and perfectly open in the sun.  Thanks to all who commented on it so favourably.

In other news:  Amy has already raised over £200 in her fundraising, Ruth went sailing for the last time this year and had a great time and we had two failed sealed units replaced ..... now we need to teach the cat to use the cat-flap which was fitted to the new door containing one of them :-)
