A Touch of Pink for Pink October

This morning I had my second to last Hydrotherapy class. I am going to miss it so much as it has been really good for getting my legs moving better. After class I had to get a few things from the mall and also look for a fascinator for the races. I really wanted to get one with a little orange in. Sadly I couldn't find any, black it had to be. I have been wearing my other fascinator each year now for over 10 years so it was time for a new one.

When I got home I found the doctor still hadn't got back to me with the results of my xray, so I called the surgery. I was told the doctor had texted me, two days ago, but I never received it. Nothing showed up on the xray which I am pleased about in some ways as I was a bit worried it may have shown up some arthritis... I didn't want that!  I am still in pain when I am going and up and down stairs and was told to wait another two weeks and if it was no better they would refer me to a specialist. Do hope it gets better, but I am not counting on it!

This lovely blue iris is in neighbour's rock garden and looks so beautiful just now. The magenta pink flower is a Ixia, pronounced Ik-see-uh. Because we didn't have any sun today the flowers didn't open up of lxia which is a pity as they are so pretty. I was going to use the lixa for my blip today but thought this iris looked so pretty all in blue.
