A New slant on...

...Autumn colour.

We've, recently, being doing quite a bit by way of roast Veggies with Sunday dinner. We have also finally got funny coloured carrots in this neck o' the woods. The purple ones are quite nice and a slightly different flavour from the norm. A week or so back we had a bunch composed of purple, orange, yellow and white ones.

N.B. Some of the allegedly purple ones are only skin deep: so, being a closet vandal, I secretly snapped a tiny bit off the root end prior to purchase this time, to ensure authenticity.
