Mixed Day

Today we planned to put three new lintels in place. We managed a grand total of none, which was a little disappointing. The two upstairs aren't an issue but we made some slight modifications to the pad stones so need the mortar to go off again. The big issue we had was with the one down stairs in the living room, we were hoping just the internal lintel had gone but it turns out as we had presumed from the survey that the external one had broke too. We just need to source a supplier to get one made to size as it is quite a nice feature from the outside.

More jobs were done instead of messing with said lintel so time wasn't really wasted but I really hope we get the other two lintels in tomorrow to show some progression for all our hard work.
