Brilliance at Twilight

Looking northeast from our neighbors' backyard, at ca. 12 minutes after sunset (the sun was in fact out of sight perhaps 30 minutes earlier).  The fall color may be nearing its peak (I said that on 10/17, but that was about 40 miles north of us).
