Mono Monday - ORIGINS

Today's mono Monday challenge is ORIGINS, thanks to Nickimags888 for hosting.

The ORIGIN of mammals are fish, with the first mammals evolving from them about 285 million years ago.  The fossil fish in the photo is a Diplomystus, which existed up to 100 million years ago.  It was up to two foot long and was a predator.  So the timing doesn't quite fit, otherwise you could be looking at great, great, great.........................
