Sun's up

I glanced out of the window this morning and saw the start of the a good sunrise. The sky was shades of reds and pinks and then eventually the sun came up behind the lighthouse.
A beautiful day that I spent out of doors making wands and preparing for tonights session at Brownies. We went for a Harry Potter theme so we had a sorting hat that put them into groups, they chose a wand or rather the wand chose them, Wrote secret messages , made little owls, carved pumpkins and bobbed for apples. A great session but feeling shattered now.
The extra picture shows some of the owls, they make me smile :)
