Everybody needs a Friend

Another blast from the past and/or find from the loft - one of my Friends which steadied my nerves up a few climbs back in my more adventurous days.   As I recall, my mum bought me these for a Christmas present, and since our son took up rock climbing, I know just how she felt.

I think that's a few tiny pieces of grit-stone stuck into ridges at the end,  wider view in the extra.
