Heart of a pulsatilla

This peculiar looking thing is a wet one of these.  Wet!  Yes, we've had rain :)  The garden said thank you many times over.  The weather system has brought cold as well as rain though so it's felt a bit like back-to-winter today.  Heaters on full bore tonight.  I resisted the temptation to light the fire!

Still on track to get marking and reports completed in good time.
