Bullfinch

Autumn is really here up until about 3pm the weather was wet and dark and then suddenly it brightened up.  We've spent a good part of the day with Jack's sister and husband and we've eaten rather too well I think.  Within half an hour or so I'm expecting Joanne and Lucie to come and spend the evening, so I'd better be quick and get my blip posted.

I haven't tried the monopod as yet, and this is the result of a late visit this afternoon to the hide where I can manage without. There weren't many birds to see in the short time I had, so I was pleased when a pair of Bullfinches called in to see what was happening  -  you might say they saved the day.
