Remnants of hurricane Patricia

Not a nice day here, the edge of hurricane Patricia blew in some time during the night. This storm travelled across the US hitting land on the west coast of Mexico on its way north east. The nice part of this is that the winds are warm and once the rain stops later tomorrow we will enjoy warmer than normal temps, allowing me to squeeze in a few more bike rides and hubby some rows before the docks are pulled out of the water mid November. This photo is right near my work, a lonely cab is in the centre distance. Busy work day, fitting in our charitable campaign events and planning for a social event Friday afternoon, complete with best costume contest. Cuddling up with a pizza tonight because I am a bit grumpy as I don't appear to have dodged the sore throat bullet. :( Other than that it was a great day!
