Red

I experimented with coloured filters on this red gerbera flower.  I have discovered that saline water gives decent drops so that was the first hurdle over - then it was playing with different dofs and filters.  I was aiming for a mostly out of focus image so success there but I was surprised that the red filter suited the image best - yellow was also quite good but blue a disaster - far too dark for this flower head.

Another time I will try to get an image within a drop - a little bit of research necesary I think!
