Steak

The weather has been distinctly colder this week so I haven't been venturing out much but I did go into town today and decided to pick up a proper rump steak from "Crombies" (they're a well known butcher in Edinburgh that have won awards for their sausages) I also picked up some sausages.

So today's Blip is another dinner shot, rump steak with "fine beans", paprika potatoes, chilli turnip mash and a honey, peppercorn & whisky sauce. (I have been on the look out for a little sauce jug but haven't found one yet so I used a whiskey glass ;-)
