Waterlogged!

Last night, just after midnight, a storm system hit with a vengeance! We were woken out of a sound sleep to this loud alarm which we initially thought was from the TV, but it was from my phone--I didn't even know they sent out severe weather alerts over the phone--stating there were high winds, torrential rains & flooding throughout the city! The rains continued until mid-morning, & everything is totally waterlogged! This is another hibiscus but quite the difference from yesterday, having survived the winds & rain--it almost looks translucent & very delicate! Fortunately we survived as well, & the weather for the remainder of our stay looks to be much nicer!
