Red oak

It is all too easy to slump in a chair after Sunday lunch, and I did, for a short while. But then I stirred myself and went for a walk around the local roads. It is quite foggy today so cars had their headlights on. I reached the local recreation ground where I used to bring George when he was smaller. It is being refurbished now, so no activity today. Near the swings is a red oak planted in memory of our Anna and the leaves are taking on their autumn tinge. The shape of the leaves is as dramatic as their colour.
More foggy pictures for my extras..
