TheWayfaringTree

The sun was fantastic until about 10.30 when the fog rolled in. It then stayed all day. Cold and dank by four as I drove over with a paper for John.

Nearly all the wood is shifted and sorted. I have numbered piles with wood at different stages of seasoning. Some of the big chunks of Holm Oak could take years.

The photo is of my 'greens' in the garden and the fog swirling into the yew trees. There is a self-seeded peach tree in the foreground that has shot up from nothing this year.
