Still Hallowe'en?

It's the day after and I'm posting spiderweb photos. Surely we should be on to Christmas decorations by now?

Bizarrely, Christmas actually featured quite large today. We drove to Mme Tepeka's parents for a family get-together that turned out to be a joint Hallowe'en/Christmas celebration. We're travelling over Christmas, so my mother-in-law decided to get the party in early. And yes, there was turkey and sprouts and crackers and party hats. I married into a fun-lovin' family...
