We Love Food!

This weekend my hubby slow cooked a pork butt on our Big Green Egg for twenty hours.  With a little guidance from our son, who is a master at a slow cook on the egg, my husband cooked a perfect smoked pork butt. It was delicious!  I sautéed some fresh vegetables  and served yellow rice and black beans as our sides.  I really had the easy part of our dinner.  It was a wonderful Sunday starting off with an awesome worship service and continued with a day spending time with my best friend, my hubby!
