Every beat of your heart . . .

Yesterday I met a lady I haven't seen for a while and in the conversation she said, "none of us knows how many beats our heart has."  I have connected that thought and these lyrics in the Pink Floyd song Time :
The sun is the same in a relative way but you're older, shorter of breath and one day closer to death.
The music shop window is the image I choose because there were drums in the window and drums keep the beat.  I also liked the sign from the second hand shop that has some time related words on it.
Thank you GoranZebuhr for hosting and I really enjoyed listening to some Pink Floyd today.
