Last Monday in Finland

This is from our morning walk to the vet's office. Today "heat" record for November has been broken in Finland. It's been warmest ever in November + 13,3°C. That's fantastic because it means we can start our road trip with summer tires. In Finland it's mandatory to use winter tires from 1st of December or if weather requires it, but in Europe they are forbidden. We're in luck!

The bad news is that we'll take Nelson to vet's office again on Wednesday and they'll surgically remove one of his molars that has been broken to pieces. It must be really really painful. We noticed that something was wrong during the weekend. But as we knew we had an appointment on Monday morning and honesty just too much to do over the weekend and he was able to eat and play and sleep, we decided to wait. Nelson has now good pain killers, so he's fine.  So one more thing to handle before we go. But I'm really glad the vet had time to do the procedure.

There's still just too much to do. I thought this week would be easier, but it's not. I hope we have enough time to sort everything out.

But hey, we picked up our new (used) car today and the winter tires we dropped off to my parent's storage so that's done! Now we still need to get the green card from the insurance company and some other papers from the officials.
