Always a pleasure to hear Katie Puckrick on 6 Music, standing in for Mary Anne Hobbs on this weekend, and this single, produced by David Bowie, was new to me, though I had heard Dana Gillespie and Bowie perform the song on one of John Peel's Sunday Concerts in 1971. The single didn't come out until 1974, having been remixed for an album in 1973, and quickly disappeared, but has some classic Mick Ronson guitar work as well as support from Bowie and his other Spiders From Mars.
