Another hot day 29degrees or thereabouts.

Got up earlier today and went for a swim, managed 42 lengths, not an Olympic sized pool mind ;-)!

Had a light lunch on the balcony, read during the afternoon. Spoke to youngest son, he's seen a specialist about his headaches, they are not overly worried, MRI scan next week just to be sure though,

Have had a lovely meal out tonight, grilled sole with Almonds,mmmmmm:-)
