It's a day tinged with sad memories but I'm determined to follow through on my idea of doing something randomly kind.  Someone somewhere is going to get a surprise.  And I promise it'll be a pleasant one.

Our incredible weird weather continues.  It's November and I could  have quite easily spent today outdoors without a jacket or even a fleece.  It was really warm enough to be T-Shirt weather (it's "das T-Shirt" in German*).  15°C at 7 in the evening outside.

I think I'll just shut up for today.

*Putting "das" in front of every noun doesn't work.  Trust me.
