Slaughterhouse closed

Nothing is open on Sundays in Bavaria except petrol stations. Our local one doesn't sell aviation fuel so if the geese plan to escape before tomorrows rush to the slaughterhouse. There is a self-service pump at Memmingen airport (about 8km as the goose flies) but they don't have an AirBP card.

Another spectacular summer day today and another one looking at a hole. For some reason had a dreadful evening/night and it wasn't just the frog that I finally caught at 6:00am - he had kept waking me up during the night thinking there was a mouse having spasms and leaping about. Everytime I put on the light it hid under something and I couldn't see or catch it! All the cats seemed to be out for the night no doubt searching for more and Luna wasn't in the least bit interested.

So again an emergency Blip - getting in the geese for the evening to protect our roast dinner from the fox.
