Cigs' work is now becoming so rare that it's attracting the attention of Tony Robinson and his mates at Team Time (or whatever its called)

Last week there was a preservation order pinned to this one, and today excavation work began to see what clues could be garnered about the elusive, mysterious Cigs. So as well as industrial (if not industrious) diggers, there were more TV cameras than you could shake a stick at. No more will Silbury HIll be the focus of Channel 4's flag ship archaeological show but instead Hawkhill Avenue assumes the mantle of the 'must see' site in the world of digging things up.

I'm really glad I got this one when I did; see where the wires are coming up out if the ground in front of the Cigs tag...? Now there sits a splendid shiny green box housing broadband wiring, and totally obscuring the tag...! Philistines...
