Walking in the rain

Cosmo was not impressed y the weather today. Though the rain held off in the morning it was pouring down in the early afternoon. Despite the weather Cosmo said she would like to go out. We both put our raincoats on and headed out into the rain.

She seemed a bit hesitant at first as we left the warmth of the house, but she soon decided she would go out despite the weather.

At one point we found ourselves in this leafy path. It was quite windy so the few remaining leaves were coming down while we watched. Cosmo seemed more interested in checking out whatever smells were to be found among the fallen leaves.

We both fairly quickly decided it was not a day for excavating among wet leaves and falling rain and so returned to the dry to watch Sunday afternoon television.
