Whittington Castle

Keeping it local today, this is Whittington Castle, a 12thC fortification which I believe is the only castle in the UK owned and run by the local community. The village have taken out a 99yr lease to promote and preserve the castle and with its moat and extensive grounds is a jewel in the centre of the village of Whittingtonm, Shropshire.
