Over The Rainbow

We had a friend over for lunch today and we were happy to serve a beautiful salad made from the leaves grown by Croft16. Our friend was really pleased, as she'd tried to grow some of these exotic varieties without success.

She brought over home made hazlenut cookies and Lancashire cheese and sage scones. I think after G's gorgeous home made sponge yesterday and today's goodies, a strict healthy eating plan will need to be adhered to after the holiday :-)


.....but I won't depress myself thinking about that now!
