Neighhh

Neigh indeed.

This is Kanye with one of my dads Clydesdales that had just entered in a competition for pulling a sled. 

I managed to find dad in the arena, he was pretty busy but brought the horse over to Kanye to pat. 

We didn't stay long, dad had to go so we went to the farmyard where Kanye fed a lamb a bottle with my mums help who came with me today to help with the boys as Mar  and Harper came to the show too.

Mars lip is healing i was told today so they've advised me to leave it, the white part that looks sore is just it healing over. They think he's bitten his lip while numb which made it swell then hes kept scraping his teeth over it which made it worse. I can go to after hours in the weekend if any part of it worsens or becomes too painful for him to eat.

So back to the show, the boys loved all the animals, Harper not willing to touch any but happy to wave and say hello. Mar was apprehensive about some animals but loved the goats and lambs.

I loved the animals too, if i could i would have my own little farm, a cow, chooks, couple of sheep, couple piggies. Ahhh one day!

After the farmyard we had to go look at tractors, Marley showed me all the machines. He got so excited. They are all lovely , my heart swelled seeing how happy he was just touching the machines and climbing up them, telling me their names. 

He knows them all, he knows by colour which one is fendt, which one is john deere, which is deutz- all different shades of green he can point them out. 

He also kept asking if his pop would like any of the machines, i assured him he would like the machines if pop was with us at the show, hes now looking forward to seeing pop on Saturday and showing him pictures and his toy versions of these lovely farm machines.


It rained a lot while we were there , it was cold so we only stayed a couple of hours. i bought the boys some hot chips and we headed home just as it started to hail.

So good morning out! 

This afternoon the sun shone of course! But we stayed in, the boys are tired. Kanye had seizures through the night, i'm not feeling overly confident about this new medication so far but will see how it goes, we can only try.

Boys got a little wild tonight and i called them all wild things too (mar and i have been reading where the wild things are) Its been a very here and there type week - at school, not at school, lots of things on out of routine a lot.

So to calm them all down we put music on and got their cars out and made ramps and bumps to drive over, calm boys within minutes.

Andre cooked dinner tonight for us and while having dinner Kanye who was so excited about eating didn't chew his food well enough and with having a poor swallow he started to choke. 

Andre banged him on the back between his shoulder blades. A large chunk of unchewed meat flew out but then we noticed he still had his mouth open not making any noise so i banged him on the back then finger swept his mouth he had another large chunk stuck in his throat. 

That boy, he scares us sometimes. Sigh.

Tired now. Kids are asleep so having apple pie and watching some comedy!
