Over the past few days I have been neglecting my journal or at least it would appear I have not been responding to any of your very kind comments etc. Your comments always brighten up my day but I do not always find the right words to reply. I will try and do better.

Some weeks back I said I was feeling blue because I had a viral infection to the lungs. It has taken an age to shift. My doctor's surgery said I had recovered enough to have my first ever flu jab, now I feel like $!£% again!
