Saint Andrews

I have done five extras such was my excitement at a visiting a new setting on what was a very pleasant day.
This is Saint Andrews on the east tip of Fife, famous for golf and its long established university. The latter was the reason for our visit., L, still weighing up options for the next stage of his education, was very impressed with the facilities and the people he met. He got to witness an experiment with liquid nitrogen and how a certain material became a super conductor (and demonstrated other incredible properties) at very low temperatures. Apparently the fastest ever spinning object was created here and this is home to the largest optical telescope in the country, the use of which recently revealed a new planet somewhere very far away.
Perhaps not the best advert for the institution; Prince Charles studied here. He's over 65 and doesn't have a job yet.

I have been corrected. PC did not go to St Andrews, but he still doesn't have a job yet.
