The Mist Came Rolling In

The last day of our Highland adventure. A quick swim at the bay between Achiltibuie and Polbain. JT was on beach patrol and very disappointed not to see the pod of killer whales which were spotted several times yesterday. I wasn't too upset. My swimming is way too slow for that kind of race.

Any notions we had of climbing Stac Pollaidh rapidly dissipated as we watched the mist and clouds pour over the hillsides even while the sky looked to be clearing all around. As ever, my lack of photography skills means I don't capture how amazing it looked.

Now back to reality and come Monday back to work. Boo!
