Lifting

I was banned to digging holes again while Angie loaded the tipper trailer with branches from our felled trees. Actually hard work as many of the branches are as long as the trailer (4.5m - 15ft) and full of heavy pine cones.

The plan was for me to attempt the 6.1km drive tonmorrow to the council compost yard and with luck, get back, all of that in one day! However Angie was horrified that her work was destined for compost rather than for Franz's central heating, especially as he is the one who always praises the heat value of branches. Not satisfied with my "he really doesn't want any more", she grabbed the phone and got at least "I'll have a look tomorrow morning"
