An azure damselfly I think, a female. Many of these around my pond today, it was very hot outside, not forecast at all, as the rest of the country got flash floods, Devon for once basked in very hot, close sunshine.

Managed to get to RHS Rosemoor this afternoon. Beautiful today. Though of course tinged with sadness now, as every nook & cranny has a memory of my beautiful mum, she loved that place & she & I shared so many lovely walks together through there. We knew it even before the RHS took it over too. It was very different then. xxx
