having a bit of a frustrating time with my computer recently. First my very old photoshop elements stopped working, most annoying as I use it for most blips. Then the operating system itself misbehaved and I couldn't sort it out.  Eventually got it working by downloading the operating system software again, which took all night! Now need to upgrade the operating system to El Capitan , which will probably take another night! Meanwhile I've put on a trial version of photoshop proper and used this blip to play about with it. This is the 'liquify' filter which is new to me. 
  Reckon I could have climbed El Capitan by the time I've sorted out my computer!
