The Berlin Funkturm Pays Tribute .

I see this tower each day from every window of my Berlin apartment .Known as the Funkturm it stands like a mini Eiffel Tower. Opened in 1925 it survived WW2. Every night it is illuminated and last night it was illuminated in the  French colours .( my blip was done )Hence here is my Sunday upload  A mark of respect to all who have been brutally murdered and injured by fanatics.  It is but a small gesture from the powers that be who ensured it be lit so ,and from myself in bringing it to you . I sat a while out on the balcony wondering how much more 'madness' are we expected to swallow .
