North Carr Lightship

10.7C with a dull wet morning. Smir. Less rain in the afternoon but still dull and becoming foggy/misty. Light breeze dying away to a zephyr in the afternoon.

Grocery shopping this morning at Sainsburys and in M&S at City Quay/Gallagher Retail Park in Dundee then we drove round to the other side of City Quay to get some pictures of the North Carr Lightship. In its current state lying moored in the dock it looks very derelict and sad. I would much rather it wasn't in such a state as to be ideal for Derelict Sunday hosted by Freespiral.

After lunch, when the rain had stopped for a while, I took Maeve for a walk. The Band from Rockall on the Nano (The Band from Rockall). We went down to the shore road and back home in a loop of about two miles. By the time we got home it was quite foggy over the fields and I couldn't see down as far as the shore.

Apothecary7 and I had a while working on the next stage of our new art project. Things are drying...

F1 from Brazil and impossible for Lewis Hamilton to get a win today. Cars evenly matched and neither he nor Nico Rosberg made any errors.
