Leek and Blue Cheese Flan

It's nice to know where all the ingredients for a recipe came from - in this case, organic leeks bought in Salisbury Market last week and some Oxford Blue cheese from our visit there on Friday. The eggs and cream are from the lovely people at Ten Mile Menu, suppliers of our weekly box of veg and other good stuff from local producers.
