Dessert

It has been pouring rain all day today. Bad enough that when Whitey came over to play ball, I stood at the back door, under the tin roof to throw the ball. It wasn't long before the poor dog looked like a drowned rat.

This photo is of the dessert I had yesterday. It was amazing. Meringue Tuiles, Bavarian, Pistachio Snaps, Ginger Sorbet. My meal was great but think in hindsight I should have skipped it and had two of these!
