The White Stuff

While the Daily Express et al all get their knickers twisted about the prospect of snow this weekend (and, probably, for the next 3 months, at least) we've just made our own.  This one, by Adrian Armstrong, is pleasing in its simplicity and cleverness.  An exercise in the way light gets refracted around crystals and no two views (or even snowflakes) are the same.  Nice work.  More, here.  It's all a bit cheesey, but this kind of thing serves an important purpose.  It gets people to react with their surroundings, to go and explore bits of the city they may not be familiar with and, just generally chill out.  It's fine, even in November.

Now, I've got a bottle of Beaujolais Nouveau and last night's gig shots to see to.
