Toriguchi

Getting in early - as I did my training this morning, waking inexplicably at 5:30. Shortly after, I got up, dressed, and did Kihon and some kata - including learning another kata. I am pleased with how honest with myself I was, and how much I focused on a particular technique with which I was struggling - and the improvement I found.

Anyway, obvs selfie day for the Pentax Forums "Single In" challenge was going to relate somehow to karate; I thought of this a few days ago, and it worked out perhaps better than I had hoped.
